MultiPinger

MultiPinger is a simple but complete and useful application to continuously ping several hosts. Hence, it can be used in all those situations where you need to monitor the status of PCs, embedded devices, etc. connected to a network or simply to check your connection to the Internet. The hosts and some working parameters can be set through its initialization file (it is full of comments, so it will be easy to understand). This version of MultiPinger is freeware (see the attached license agreement). Additional features can be asked to the author.

Features:

• Continuous ping (up to ten hosts, please ask if you need more);
• Global ping timeout period;
• Parameters for each host:
• Host name or IP address;
• Ping interval;
• Packet size;
• Minimize to system tray (use command-line option "/MINIMIZE" to start the application already minimized).

Main characteristics:

• Windows 7, 10, 11 (and beyond) compatible;
• Multi-thread (one thread for each host);
• Uses Windows ICMP.DLL library;
• Compatible to IPv4 addresses;
• Less than 1MB of free space required;
• No installation needed.
